Signal processing
Group project in first-year preparatory class
November to December 2022
Characteristics of waves - Processing of analog and digital signals - Mathematical tools necessary for signal processing (Complex numbers, differential equations, transfer functions, ...)
This project, completed during my first year of preparatory classes, represents a crucial step in my academic journey. Entitled "Signal Processing," it embodies an enriching experience that solidified my skills in the field of signal processing. Throughout this experience, I developed advanced skills related to wave characteristics, analog and digital signal processing, and the mathematical tools necessary for signal processing, such as complex numbers, differential equations, and transfer functions. The central objective of this project was to address a specific need by applying a comprehensive methodology, from the initial concept to the creation of a prototype enabling a Proof of Concept (POC). My involvement in this process demonstrates my ability to approach complex problems in a structured manner and to transform abstract concepts into tangible solutions. This project highlights my mastery of advanced concepts related to signal processing, as well as my ability to use sophisticated mathematical tools in a practical context. It highlights my commitment to innovation and my desire to contribute to concrete projects in the field of signal processing. The completion of the "Signal Processing" project demonstrates my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems, thus reinforcing my position as a versatile and motivated engineering student.
Skills acquired

Python coding
I had to learn to code in Python.

The waves
I know the characteristics of a wave and how it propagates...

Mathematics
I know how to use strong mathematical knowledge such as differential equations, complex numbers, etc...

Working as a team
Working efficiently and in a friendly manner was mandatory for this project.
